What we do:

We will help you rent a luxury apartment in Manhattan.  We will bring you to 5-8 different buildings in the area and price range of your choice.  Appointments are ideally scheduled on Saturday or Sunday.

All buildings will have a concierge/doorman, valet/maid service, fitness center, laundry facility, garden/roof deck and/or other amenities. 

We will assist you in the application process and any questions you may have in securing your rental apartment. 

Keep in mind that apartments are available to rent immediately to 6 weeks out.  Rarely, can you rent a Manhattan apartment more than 2 months away from your move in date.

FEES:  (What we charge):

A $100 non-refundable application fee each day we go apartment viewing.  When you select the apartment you wish to rent that you have seen with us, the fee is applied towards the rental application fee.

15% of the annual rent (standard broker fee). Most companies will give you an allowance for this fee for relocation.

SPECIAL DISCOUNT RATE:

12% of the annual rent if you bring your employment offer letter, corporate relocation letter or University acceptance letter.

How the fee works:

If the apartment rent is $2500, the SPECIAL DISCOUNT RATE total fee would be $100 (up-front application fee) plus $3600 (broker fee).  This would result in a savings of $900 over the standard broker fee rate!

"NO FEE" OPTION:

If you do not wish to pay a broker fee and your company will not assist you, there are some buildings who will pay us our fee.  If you wish to see only "no-fee" buildings, we may do so, but our viewing options will be limited and such apartments may not exist in the location of your choice.
